Licensing Agreement

This Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and ClamorBox (“Company”) regarding the purchase and use of audio files (“Sound Files”) available on www.clamorbox.com (“Website”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any Sound Files, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

ClamorBox grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the purchased Sound Files under the following conditions:

  • The Sound Files may be used only for personal use.
  • The Sound Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, or used in any commercial projects.
  • You may use the Sound Files in personal creative projects, such as videos, podcasts, or presentations, as long as they are not monetized or distributed commercially.

2. Restrictions

The User may not:

  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Sound Files for resale or distribution.
  • Distribute, share, or publish the Sound Files on other platforms, whether for free or for a fee.
  • Use the Sound Files in any commercial product, service, or advertisement.
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the Sound Files.
  • Use the Sound Files in any illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive content.

3. Ownership

All Sound Files remain the intellectual property of ClamorBox or its respective creators. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the User.

4. Refunds & Liability

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required under European consumer protection laws.
  • ClamorBox shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use the Sound Files, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence as defined under European law.

5. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if the User violates any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must delete all copies of the Sound Files.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

By purchasing or using any Sound Files from ClamorBox, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Licensing Agreement.
